 Emma is Co-Founder and Director of Emerson Black Consulting. Since beginning her recruitment career in the Microsoft Dynamics AX market back in 2014, she has focused exclusively on finding and placing candidates in the ERP space. She has led top-performing teams in both the permanent and contract markets, supporting clients and candidates across the US, UK and Europe. Emma has worked with a wide range of businesses, from start-ups to large enterprises, and therefore knows how important it is to work closely with each client and candidate to fully understand their individual recruitment needs and tailor each search.  

Matilda is Co-Founder and Director of Emerson Black Consulting. Upon graduating from Durham University with a Master of Laws (Distinction), Matilda stepped away from the Law and began her recruitment career. Since making this move in 2016, she has serviced clients in multiple industries, including manufacturing, energy, engineering and retail. Her recruitment experience spans several continents, with clients ranging from start-ups to DJ30 companies. By engaging each client with a bespoke, consultative approach, Matilda is able to add value to businesses by providing the most relevant D365 F&O candidates from her extensive network.
